Parses the Valkey CA bundle with CertificateDer::pem_slice_iter instead of the unmaintained rustls-pemfile, and drops the RUSTSEC-2025-0134 ignore from deny.toml (cargo deny check advisories passes without it).

Adds tests for rustls_config_with_ca: valid CA, empty bundle, corrupt certificate.

Refs #260. The issue stays open: the rsa advisory (RUSTSEC-2023-0071) is still ignored.

The migration is correct. pem_slice_iter skips non-certificate sections the same way rustls_pemfile::certs did, the empty-bundle and corrupt-bundle paths keep their error messages, and the new tests cover all three cases. The advisory ignore can go. One nit is inline (dependency source / version floor), nothing blocking.

The nit on the direct rustls-pki-types dependency is fixed in 27db7c5, and that commit introduces nothing new. No findings remain.
