Adds a body-parser: ^2.4.0 override in mcp/pnpm-workspace.yaml (transitive via @modelcontextprotocol/sdk > express). Fixes the high advisory GHSA-27r3-jxmh-p828 that fails pnpm audit --audit-level high in the MCP quality job, and blocks #276.

Also caps the existing fast-uri override at ^4.2.3 (was >=4.1.3, which let the lockfile stay on a vulnerable 4.x) to clear the 2 moderate and 2 low advisories.

pnpm audit is clean; build, tests (90) and prettier pass.

This uses pnpm's native overrides in pnpm-workspace.yaml, and the lockfile matches: body-parser 2.3.0 → 2.4.0 under express@5.3.0, and fast-uri 4.2.2 → 4.2.3. Nothing blocking.

Nit: the PR also changes fast-uri from >=4.1.3 to ^4.2.3, which the title doesn't mention. The caret pin is better because it can't jump a major version, but it deserves a line in the description. The ajv-formats peer-dependency block in the lockfile is pnpm regenerating its metadata, not a new dependency.

CI was still running when I reviewed.
