CI on main fails at the pnpm audit step: body-parser >=2.0.0 <2.4.0 (GHSA-27r3-jxmh-p828, high) and fast-uri <4.2.3 (GHSA-xhq7-xmqj-769h, GHSA-333x-w4r6-6crp), both pulled in through @modelcontextprotocol/sdk.

Adds a body-parser override at >=2.4.0, raises the fast-uri override to >=4.2.3 and refreshes the lockfile. pnpm audit reports no known vulnerabilities; typecheck and tests pass locally.

The overrides in pnpm-workspace.yaml match the lockfile. body-parser now resolves to 2.4.0 (pulled in through express 5.3.0) and fast-uri to 4.2.3 (through ajv). Raising the existing fast-uri floor is the right fix, better than adding a second entry for it. The new peerDependencies block on ajv-formats is lockfile metadata from the regenerated lockfile and doesn't change what gets installed. Nothing blocking. Test & Build was still running when I reviewed.
