Only Cargo.lock changes: ureq 3.4.2 → 3.5.0 and ureq-proto 0.6.4 → 0.6.5. Both are semver-compatible, the source is still crates.io, and the dependency list is unchanged. Nothing blocking.

Nit: a minor bump can raise ureq's MSRV. The MSRV and Test jobs were still running when I reviewed, so let them go green before merging.
