Digest bump only, both call sites moved together and the # main comment still holds (6b7ce7f is on FerrLabs/.github main).
Checked the upstream range 1a21d23..6b7ce7f: it only touches reusable-ci-node.yml, reusable-ci-astro.yml, default.json and the workflow-templates/. Neither reusable-pr-title.yml nor reusable-security-scan.yml, the two this repo consumes, changed, so this is a no-op for CI behaviour here. The npmjs/.npmrc migration note in the upstream README doesn't apply either: this repo has no package.json or .npmrc.
