New Feature - Host Migration

At the current host model when the game host is shutting down the game would end immediately and there is no chance of recovery or continue playing the game .
Describe the solution you'd like
It would be nice when the running game(s) would be transferred to a different host (a player in the game). So anything can continue as normal with a short delay
