Remove ACU prio from snipers

Description of the proposed changes

I don't think ACU priority is a good thing at all with current snipers. They kill ACUs quickly enough and you can rush them without T3 pgen if you skip some shields relative to the sniper count. They're also not useless vs t2 and othuum/harb are extremely good vs t2, which overall makes the T3 land uncounterable while ACU's purpose is to counter tech rushes.

Testing done on the proposed changes

Spawn sniper and enemy ACU+tank. The sniper should automatically shoot the tank first with default and custom target priorities.
