[Onyx] Onyx.disconnect() removal / cleanup

Coming from Expensify/react-native-onyx#834 (comment) and #100271.

After Onyx store-based bump PR is merged and deployed to staging/production, let's remove this API from Onyx and refactor existing usage in E/App to use unsubscribe instead of it.

Created Remove Onyx.disconnect() react-native-onyx#857 and [WIP][HOLD on https://github.com/Expensify/App/pull/98956] Remove Onyx.disconnect() #103351. They will stay on hold and WIP until Bump Onyx to 3.0.117 #98956 is merged and deployed.
