Add Detailed Information for Kicks and Bans #6619

Feature description

When a player is kicked or banned, EssentialsX should provide more detailed information about the punishment. Players should be able to clearly see who issued the punishment, the reason, and the duration.

How the feature is useful

When a player is kicked or banned, the message should include:

Who kicked/banned the player
The reason for the punishment
The duration (e.g. 30 minutes, 7 days, permanent)
When the punishment was issued
Optionally, when a temporary punishment will expire

For example:
You have been banned by AdminName for 7 days. Reason: Griefing.
