[16.0][IMP] e-learning-boardkit: real durations, leveled XP and tags - #3

- recalibrate every lesson completion_time from the real content (reading time + screenshots); study guide, final quiz and certification = 10 min. - open lesson 1.1 with a "how long it takes" table (suggested time). - advanced course XP = 100 (optional quizzes) + 60 (final quiz) + 10 (review) + 30 (finish) = 200 XP; wire the native karma fields. - tag the channel as Avançado (gold) + Boardkit track. - update XP texts, descriptions and tests.
