Summary

This PR introduces the escodoo-elearning repository content: a reusable
certification base plus three complete eLearning courses, published as
slide.channel (website_slides) with native certification (survey) and an
Escodoo PDF certificate.

Architecture

Every course depends on escodoo_elearning_certification.

Modules

• escodoo_elearning_certification — reusable base: Escodoo PDF certificate
  (A4 Portrait) with QR code, public validation pages and the validation routes
  (/certificacao/validar/<token> and aliases). The certificate layout is
  course-agnostic: the syllabus is derived from the channel chapters.
• e-learning-boardkit — 12-chapter course on the Escodoo boardkit, with
  rich HTML lessons, a final quiz and native certification.
• e-learning-planservice-boas-vindas — Planservice onboarding course
  (messaging, calendar, contacts, hour sheet) with 6 chapters and quizzes.
• e-learning-planservice-planejador — 8-chapter course on
  planservice_project_task_hour_plan, with study guide, final quiz and native
  certification.

Main features

• Course content authored as XML data (slide.channel, slide.slide,
  slide.question, survey.survey), so git is the source of truth.
• tools/resync_noupdate.py re-applies the noupdate="1" content on an already
  installed database.
• Native Odoo gamification is used as-is (no custom XP gate).

Dependencies

• website_slides_survey (core)
• Python packages qrcode and Pillow (declared as external dependencies and
  generated into requirements.txt).

45 tests, all passing locally (Odoo 16.0):
