docs(readme): make the host count checkable and fix the credit - #29

The intro claimed adapters for 34 agent hosts, a figure nothing in the repository supports (upstream said 20; INSTALL.md names about 28). It now says more than 25 and points to INSTALL.md. The banner credit names Besley as well as Cascadia Mono, as the version 9 SVGs use both.

Two README fixes.
Checked: the 7 rule files (
tools/src/rules.rsRULE_COPIES), the 4 community-fork fixes,.github/CONTRIBUTING.md, the head-to-head anchor and the behaviour probes for the fork's own rules (#20) all match. Edits different lines of README.md from #28 (badge row), so the 2 merge in either order. No code changes.
