github/codeql-actioninit, analyze and upload-sarif as separate PRs. CodeQL fails a workflow whose steps use different versions ('All steps in a workflow that use github/codeql-action must use the same version'), so each PR fails alone and the code scanning ruleset blocks the merge.This adds a
codeql-actiongroup (github/codeql-action*) to the github-actions update, so the three steps arrive as one PR.Configuration only: no workflow, ignore rule, cooldown or schedule changes.
