Summary
Refreshes the README banners to brand version 8. The wordmark sits lower and clear of the frame's tab, the rule and tagline are at one height on every banner, the tagline is set in Besley, and the emblem is centred.
The emblem is now a quill in an inkwell, and the README's alt text says so and names Alcuin.
