- InteractiveDebuggerPipe: treat a failed CallNamedPipe transaction (no frontend attached, or pipe broken mid-session) as the continue sentinel instead of silently treating a dead pipe as an empty command; bound the reply to the bytes actually read. - OutputRegisters: XMM registers begin at offset 160 within the x86 FXSAVE area (ExtendedRegisters), not at offset 0 -- fixes garbage XMM values in the register dump. - RetrievePage: bound reads to the accessible portion of a region so a page at the end of a committed region (next page unmapped) still returns data instead of failing outright. - Add g_interactive_debugger_lock to serialize interactive debugger sessions, since the frontend tracks a single break at a time.
