Release 2.14.0

Ship the standard OpenTelemetry discovery support merged in #319. Both discovery entry points use the existing bundled instrumentor. Tracing remains optional and runtime dependency requirements are unchanged.

• Bump package and lockfile root version to 2.14.0.
• Add release notes and update the map's package version.
• No production function bodies changed in this release-bookkeeping commit.

Verification

• Core suite: 659 passed, 3 skipped, 3 existing warnings.
• Black, Flake8 and focused Pyright check: passed.
• Built-wheel tests in clean Python 3.12 environment: 64 passed, including actual loader/launcher execution and mocked Instructor transport.
• Installed-wheel Pyright: zero errors.
• All 22 core modules imported; CLI reports atomic 2.14.0.
• Wheel and source archive match all 40 packaged Python files. Both discovery entry points and version metadata verified. Twine checks passed; no secret files included.

Tests used synthetic inputs and local/mock transports. No live model or remote tracing-backend calls.
