What ships
The MCP dependency cap and fresh-install check, independent component defaults, JSON tool arguments, aliased streaming, and preserved MCP dictionary values. Includes the merged README, observability, and downloadable forge tool fixes.
Instructor stays at 1.14.5 in this patch. Its range update is separate in #310.
