The two Jumper H7 radios were named inconsistently: T15-H7 vs T18H7. This unifies them as Jumper T15 H7 / Jumper T18 H7, following the existing Jumper T15 Pro style. Target IDs (t15h7 / t18h7), firmware filenames, PCB values and defines are unchanged, so Buddy target matching and SD card pack mapping aren't affected.

Updated:

• fw.json display names (consumed by Buddy and the release drafter)
• web/public/radios.json, regenerated via web/scripts/gen-radios-json.js
• hw_defs identity model / usb_product for both radios (this changes the USB product/name string the radio reports)
• Companion board names (boards.cpp) and firmware names (opentxinterface.cpp). The translatable source strings change, so .ts files will pick them up on the next lupdate.
• docs/building/compilation-options.md: renamed T15 H7, added the missing T18H7 row
• Bug report template: renamed T15 H7, added the missing Jumper T18 H7 entry

Backport note for 2.12: this won't cherry-pick cleanly. Both targets exist on 2.12 with the same naming mismatch, but some of the strings are in different files there:

• USB identity: 2.12 has no radio/src/boards/hw_defs/t15h7.json / t18h7.json. Update radio/src/targets/t15h7/usb_descriptor.h and radio/src/targets/t18h7/usb_descriptor.h instead:
  • USB_NAME → "T15 H7" / "T18 H7"
  • USB_PRODUCT → 'T', '1', '5', ' ', 'H', '7', ' ', ' ' / 'T', '1', '8', ' ', 'H', '7', ' ', ' '
• Companion firmware names: opentxinterface.cpp on 2.12 uses the full name (tr("Jumper T15-H7") / tr("Jumper T18H7")). Rename those to tr("Jumper T15 H7") / tr("Jumper T18 H7"), not to the short main form.
• Not on 2.12, so skip: web/public/radios.json, docs/building/compilation-options.md.
• Same change, different line numbers: fw.json, companion/src/firmwares/boards.cpp, .github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE/bug-report.yml. The T18 H7 is missing from the template on 2.12 too, so add it there as well.
• Ordering: after the rename, Jumper T15 H7 must come before Jumper T15 Pro in fw.json, or the "Validate fw.json" alphabetical-order check fails. Swap the order in the bug report template as well.
