What and why

The first Linux (#78) and Windows (#81) smoke tests showed the welcome page telling every user that their AI key "is stored in the Keychain of this Mac". On Windows there is no keychain integration at all (keys go to the encrypted file).

  • Welcome page (EN/ES): "It is stored in the system keychain (the Keychain on a Mac), or in an encrypted file if there is none…" / "Se guarda en el llavero del sistema (el Llavero en un Mac) o, si no hay, en un archivo cifrado…".
  • Connectors: "Tokens are stored only in the system keychain of this computer."
  • Every other "this Mac" / "este Mac" in the web UI that is true on any system (Connectors, Learning, feedback buttons, Servers, Media, the connectors guide) → "this computer" / "este ordenador". 28 strings in 10 files; none left in ops_dashboard/web/.

Wording only: no behaviour changes, nothing changes on the Mac but the text. Server-side messages are untouched.

How it was tested

  • grep finds no "this Mac" / "este Mac" left in ops_dashboard/web/; each replacement read in the diff.
  • pytest -k "welcome or learning or connector or servers or feedback or csp or media_ui or first_run": 376 passed, 8 skipped.

Checklist

  • No migrations.
  • CHANGELOG.md entry under Unreleased.
  • No personal data and no secrets.

The first Linux and Windows smoke tests showed the welcome page telling
users their key "is stored in the Keychain of this Mac". It now says the
system keychain (the Keychain on a Mac) or an encrypted file, in English
and Spanish. The other cross-platform "this Mac" / "este Mac" in the web UI
(Connectors, Learning, feedback buttons, Servers, Media, the connectors
guide) become "this computer" / "este ordenador".
