Summary

Release the merged symbolic expression security fix as gds-domains 0.1.1 and gds-symbolic 0.99.1. Raise the compatibility wrapper's dependency floor to gds-domains[symbolic]>=0.1.1, and document the security fix, compatibility changes, and upgrade commands in the changelog.

Targets main for the authorized patch release. Package release tags will be pushed after this PR merges, publishing gds-domains before gds-symbolic.

• Built both wheels and source distributions with uv build --offline --no-sources --package ....
• Installed both built wheels in an isolated Python 3.12 environment and verified package versions, import source, and the fixed dependency floor.
• All 183 security regression and mathematical compatibility tests passed against the installed wheels.
• Changed Python files passed Ruff lint and format checks; diff checks passed.
• Ran uv lock --offline and uv lock --check --offline; no lockfile changes were required for these editable workspace packages.

The underlying security fix previously passed all 1,323 domain-package tests and all PR CI checks.
