Epic: Every object prescription of §20, on every release #138

Chapter 20 is most of the spec: the common object and entity formats and 104 object prescriptions. Each family sub-issue lists its sections with their state on main and one checklist row per section and release band. A section is complete when it closes on every corpus record of every release and its values equal AutoCAD's DXF export.

Milestone: 0.3.0: every spec section read, on every release. The roadmap is ROADMAP.md; the spec matrix is docs/spec-coverage.md; the 1.0 bar is docs/release-1.0-criteria.md.

Every sub-issue is closed with its evidence linked (a CI run, a report, a pinned measurement), and docs/spec-coverage.md and ROADMAP.md say what changed. Closing an epic does not close the requirement it serves in docs/release-1.0-criteria.md; that row moves only with its own evidence.
