- Add ReferralTier, ReferralCode, Referral, ReferralCommission Prisma models - Add migration SQL (20260927180000_add_referral_program) - Implement ReferralService: code generation, referral tracking, commission calculation, payout, fraud detection (self-referral, duplicate, depth, velocity, locked-code guards), tier CRUD, affiliate dashboard - Add referral routes: GET my-code, GET dashboard, POST payout, GET code/:code (public), admin tier/code/fraud management endpoints - Hook commission processing into payment.service updateTipStatus on tip confirmation (non-blocking, errors logged) - Register referral routes in bootstrap() - Add POST /api/v1/referrals/payout to sensitive rate-limit class - Add comprehensive unit tests for all service methods
