Test Task. API

The test task's goals:

• Implement API according to the swagger specification
• Make Dockerfile
• Create docker-compose file to run the API and database

Database

This is test database tt-db. It's connected to the current project as git submodule

Requirements

Framework: Flask

Unit tests: are not mandatory

Estimation time: 1 hour
