In particular pywin32 needs version 312 because 311 cannot be used with Python 3.15 (coming soon-ish). Notes: The lxml package doesn't yet have a build for python 3.15. Sphinx version can't be updated because later versions don't support Python 3.11 (which we still do). Testing: General "does it start up, load file, load image, run HTML validator" test - no problems expected.
