This adds a disconnected symbol (provided by the client application in
/public/images/disconnectedImage.svg) to the Image widget, which is a fallback if the mjpeg streams don't connect.This only works if the widget cannot connect to the mjpeg stream - sometimes a device will be connected but provide no mjpeg frames, and will just show the alt text instead (b01-1 does this).
Can test with branch add-disconnected-widget in Daedalus
