  • Hosted server becomes an OAuth 2.1 authorization server so Claude clients connect with the URL alone.
  • Consent and key exchange go through the dashboard token-exchange API; the server stays stateless (sealed cookie, code, client id).
  • Access token is the Scraping API key, so existing Basic and Bearer header access is unchanged.
  • Scraping API hosts come from DECODO_SAPI_HOST / DECODO_DATA_API_HOST (sdk-ts 2.4.0); version 1.3.0.

After merge:

  • Prod: run the deployer pipeline on main and play build-prod; config and secrets are already in the manifests.
  • npm: npm publish from main at 1.3.0 (no publish workflow); then mcp-publisher publish for the registry (server.json).
  • Smoke-test: add https://mcp.decodo.com/mcp as a Claude connector, approve on the dashboard, run one tool.
