I'm Pandu Sastrowardoyo / Decentricity — a strategic blockchain leader, technology executive, systems engineer, and recovering enterprise-computing person who still likes actually building things.

I've spent 17+ years across enterprise infrastructure, AI, blockchain, regulated industries, and venture building. My career has bounced between hands-on engineering, running technical teams and businesses, advising institutions, founding companies, and occasionally explaining very technical things on television.

• 🧱 I co-founded Blocksphere, where I work on blockchain, digital assets, AI, and emerging-technology strategy for enterprises and regulated institutions. Our work has included organizations such as IDX, KSEI, KPEI, OJK, BCA, BNI, BPJS, and other major Indonesian institutions.
• 🤖 I build and experiment with agentic AI, self-hosted AI, embedded systems, and human-computer interfaces — including Agent1c and a growing pile of hardware/software experiments scattered around this GitHub account.
• 📺 I host and produce technology programming at Bloomberg Technoz, which is an amusing outcome for someone who spent much of her life preferring terminals to cameras.
• 👩‍💻 I am Country Director for Women in Tech Indonesia and remain active in Indonesia's technology and blockchain ecosystem.
• 🎓 I am continuing postgraduate work in AI/ML and business, because apparently I still haven't learned to stop collecting difficult subjects.

Before the startup chaos, I spent years at IBM, including management roles across Indonesia and Asia Pacific spanning product leadership, technical sales, territory management, lab services, enterprise infrastructure, POWER systems, and storage.

I later co-founded or helped build several blockchain companies and ecosystem organizations. These include:

• Blocksphere, a blockchain and emerging-technology consultancy and former Consensys partner.
• DeBio Network, a decentralized biomedical and bioinformatics marketplace.
• Myriad, a decentralized social network combining Web3 and federated-social ideas.
• Blockchain Zoo, an early enterprise blockchain consultancy.
• Asosiasi Blockchain Indonesia, which I co-founded and where I served as Secretary-General.
• Reality Chain, a metaverse project whose demo won the NEAR Protocol METABuidl Hackathon.

Across my blockchain ventures, I helped raise nearly USD 6 million. DeBio and Myriad were built as Substrate appchains on Octopus Network, and Myriad received Polkadot ecosystem grant support.

I've led everything from small specialist consulting teams to roughly 20-person product and engineering organizations, including teams at Blocksphere, Blockchain Zoo, DeBio/Myriad, and Bloomberg Technoz.

My formal AI work goes back to 2007, when I built an expert system in Visual Prolog to assist with Environmental Impact Assessment reports as part of my Environmental Engineering work at ITB. Since then I've worked with expert systems, machine learning, bioinformatics, self-hosted LLMs, agentic AI, and enterprise AI infrastructure.

So yes, I am technically one of those annoying people who can say "I was doing AI before ChatGPT" and have receipts.

Languages I've used over the years include Prolog, Pascal/Delphi, Python, Lisp, and JavaScript. I also use assorted low-code and hardware tooling when it's the fastest way to make the thing exist.

A lot of the repositories here are older than their GitHub timestamps. Some originally lived on my own Git servers or behind the walls of IBM Cloud before I moved them here.

You'll also find old bots, half-finished experiments, decentralized-social prototypes, hardware hacks, and questionable ideas that seemed reasonable at 2 AM. Robot Puisi was probably the most successful of the old bot projects; TrustPanda is an old Telegram/WhatsApp experiment for anchoring text to a blockchain.
