feat: remove retired lucy-vton-2 and lucy-vton-3 model IDs

Summary

• Remove RealtimeModel.lucyVton2 / .lucyVton3, VideoModel.lucyVton2 / .lucyVton3 and the deprecated lucy2_1_vton_2 cases from the enums, allCases, the Models.realtime / Models.video switches, ModelsInputFactory and the Example app's preset switch.
• .lucyVton3_5 and .lucyVtonLatest are unchanged. README model lists updated.
• Tests: expected-case arrays and the vton-2/3 / alias assertions removed; the now-unused realtimeModel(_:) / videoModel(_:) helpers dropped.

Mirrors DecartAI/sdk#205. Public enum cases are removed, so this warrants a minor bump (0.7.0) rather than a patch.

Overview
Removes retired virtual try-on model IDs from the public API: lucy-vton-2, lucy-vton-3, and the deprecated lucy-2.1-vton-2 alias are dropped from RealtimeModel and VideoModel, along with their Models.realtime / Models.video definitions and allCases entries.

lucy-vton-3.5 and lucy-vton-latest are unchanged. Switches in ModelsInputFactory, the Example app’s preset routing, and README model lists are trimmed to match. Tests no longer assert vton-2/3 configs or deprecated-alias behavior.

This is a breaking change for apps that still reference the removed enum cases; aligns with DecartAI/sdk#205.
