Summary

• Prepare installer release 1.47.0 using make pre_release_minor.
• Update the Agent template and both Observability Pipelines Worker installer versions; remove the development .post suffix.
• Populate the changelog for all changes since 1.46.0, including entries omitted by the generator’s fix filter.
• Includes PAR split-mode configuration (Add DD_PRIVATE_ACTION_RUNNER_SPLIT_ENABLED env var #462), Red Hat release detection (Handle Red Hat-family hosts without /etc/redhat-release #461), APT GPG-key HTTP failure handling (Fail installation when downloading APT GPG keys returns an HTTP error #460), and SSI version pinning (fix(install-ssi): respect custom version #454).

Validation

• All 64 shell unit tests passed for the release candidate, including Red Hat release detection and SSI URL/version selection.
• ShellCheck, generated-script Bash syntax checks, and git diff --check passed.
• Real generated-installer tests passed in four fresh Debian 12 ARM64 containers (Agent 7.84.1): PAR split true, false, unset, and PAR disabled.
• Each container was rerun with the opposite split setting; existing configuration remained byte-for-byte identical.
• A real HTTP 404 on APT GPG-key downloads caused exit 1 before Agent installation.
• The base change (Add DD_PRIVATE_ACTION_RUNNER_SPLIT_ENABLED env var #462) passed all 354 CI checks, including the multi-platform installation/upgrade suites. This release PR must also pass its own CI.

Release follow-up

After approval and merge: create/push the signed 1.47.0 tag, wait for its pipeline, trigger all non-deprecated deploy jobs, verify the published scripts, create the GitHub Release, and prepare the post-release PR and announcements.
