chore(db): mirror the review author keys migration from dos-me - #1616
Mirrors 20261109130000_rate_review_author_keys.sql from DOS.Me (#1584 on dev, promoted by #1585, applied to production at 18:36Z) byte for byte, and regenerates database.types.ts (adds rate.review_author_keys). gen-db-types --check passes; shared-data build and importer tsc are clean.
Refs #1614. It does not close it: #1614 closes after RS confirms keys arrive.
Introduces a new rate.review_author_keys table to store HMAC-hashed author identifiers, enabling the review analyzer to distinguish authors after name masking while maintaining strict privacy via Row Level Security (RLS) that excludes public and authenticated roles.

Summary of Changes
packages/shared-data/src/database.types.ts
Adds TypeScript type definitions for the new review_author_keys table, including Row, Insert, Update interfaces and the foreign key relationship to reviews.
Creates the rate.review_author_keys table with a primary key on review_id and a validated author_key column. Enables RLS and configures granular policies: service_role has full access, rate_worker has read access to all rows but can only insert/update keys for non-community reviews, and all other roles (including anon and authenticated) are explicitly denied access.

New Features
Added support for associating author keys with reviews. These keys are stored separately from review content and are removed when the associated review is deleted. Access is restricted according to the review’s origin and service permissions.

The migration adds rate.review_author_keys with a review reference, a constrained author key, and role-specific access policies. The shared database types include the table’s row, insert, update, and relationship declarations.

Summary
Table contract and database type supabase/migrations/20261109130000_rate_review_author_keys.sql, packages/shared-data/src/database.types.ts
The migration creates the table with a cascading reference to reviews.id and validates the author key format. The shared database types describe the table fields and foreign-key relationship.
Role access policies supabase/migrations/20261109130000_rate_review_author_keys.sql
The migration enables RLS, sets role privileges, and restricts worker inserts and updates to keys linked to reviews whose origin is not community.
DOS/Rate#1615 — This PR adds the table migration and types that support the ingestion and author grouping described in PR #1615.
