The Vivado and Quartus IP printers asked an IP block's design parameters for constant data under the default cache policy, which deliberately keeps a sub-design parameter opaque, so emitting any IP script crashed with None.get (`platforms/Test/runMain BlinkerNexys`). A shared `ipParamData` helper now resolves through the instantiation site and raises a named error when no value can be resolved. VendorIPPrinterSpec pins both generated scripts.
