HOT Activity Tracking to create a Google Sheet weekly with currently active activations, projects and tasks. We add task completion rate over a 7 day period and calculate the number of days it will take to complete mapping and validation at that rate. Based on Activity Tracker Sheet from Ralph Aytoun, it includes the Activation Name (Campaign in TM), each project, and the number of tasks in each project. A count of completed and uncompleted tasks for both mapping and validation (plus potentially bad imagery).
