CosmoSIS pipeline with tomography #220

Goal

Upgrade the existing CosmoSIS pipeline to take into account the tomographic DV.

To do

Update the various ini files to account for tomography (maybe leave PSF leakage aside for now)
Update the cosmosis-standard-library to account for leakage in the tomographic case
Update the scripts poducing the data vectors
Validate the pipeline on GLASS mocks
