The installation from pyproject.toml currently does not contain the GLASS dependencies.

I am implementing the enhancement of GLASS mocks to tomography, I will check that what I installed by hand works before fixing this.

    The additional cosmology interface needs to be installed as well and is not part of GLASS dependencies.

    pyproject.toml has been updated to the more recent GLASS version.
