Adopt Steven-Gwyn universal object IDs for v2 #832
Matching between shape and photometry catalogues currently uses the per-tile SExtractor ID, with no truly unique cross-tile ID. For the v2 (2.x) run, adopt a universal object ID based on Steven Gwyn's catalogue.
