Remove square size parameter in shear_psf_leakage #782

The square_size parameter used in many places in the rho-/tau-statistics computations and covariance has been removed from sp_validation. We should check this is consistently done within shear_psf_leakage modules. (see rho_tau_stat.py and rho_tau_cov.py)
