[NEW FEATURE] diagnostics on setools star catalogue #585

The module mccd_plots_runner creates diagnostics for PSF catalogues (from psfex and mccd), such
as residual ellipticity plots, or rho statistics.

Would be interesting to produce such diagnostics for setools output star catalogues as well.
