Drop the private-image instructions; QWACBACK_IMAGE is for testing an unreleased qwacback. Verified: 14 passed, 1 xfailed (note) against ghcr.io/correlaid/qwacback:latest. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
