   I can build a non-destructive prerequisite checker that validates the required runtimes, package managers, and development tools before NotifyChain startup, with clear version checks and actionable install/fix guidance for anything missing. It will only report the environment state—no automatic installation or mutation—and I’ll add coverage for detected, missing, and invalid-version prerequisites.
