README: Standardize caps + add missing "?"#35

- Make one heading to use "sentence casing" like other headings ("For" -> "for")
- Add missing "?" at the end of one heading
- Standardized the whitespaces (replace 3 instances of two spaces between sentences with one space)
- Lowecase "Readme.md" to "readme.md"
