This PR was opened by the Changesets release GitHub action. When you're ready to do a release, you can merge this and the packages will be published to npm automatically. If you're not ready to do a release yet, that's fine, whenever you add more changesets to main, this PR will be updated.

c55e9c0Thanks @GraemeF! - Name Code For Breakfast Ltd as the copyright holder in the licence.@codeforbreakfast/eslint-effect@0.8.6
Patch Changes
#422
5e4de40Thanks @GraemeF! - The rules now run under ESLint 10. Before this, ESLint 10 stopped with "context.getSourceCode is not a function" as soon as it loaded one of them. The
eslintpeer dependency is now>=8.40.0instead of>=8.0.0. ESLint 8.40 is the first release withcontext.sourceCode, which the rules now use. One rule already needed it, so the plugin did not fully work on older ESLint 8 releases anyway. If you are on ESLint 8.40 or later, there is nothing to change on your side.#395

f982c43Thanks @GraemeF! - Include the MIT licence text in each published package. The packages already declared MIT, but shipped without the licence file.#398
e476aa7Thanks @GraemeF! - These packages now depend ontype-fest5.10.0 instead of 5.2.0. If your project also depends ontype-fest5.x, your package manager can share one copy. There is nothing to change on your side.#389
12e788dThanks @GraemeF! - Widen@effect/platformpeer dependency range from explicit minor versions to>=0.90.0 <1.0.0.This makes the packages more consumer-friendly by automatically supporting new Effect platform releases without requiring a library update, while still maintaining compatibility with versions 0.90.0 and above.

ead2ca2Thanks @GraemeF! - Fix lost events on new subscriptions. An event appended aftersubscribeorsubscribeAllreturned, but before the returned stream started running, never reached the subscriber. They now wait untilLISTENis active. To detect that, the store sends probe notifications to the channel it is listening on, repeating every 10ms until one comes back. A probe payload starts witheventstore_listen_probe:, and every listener on that channel receives it. If your own code listens on theeventstore_events_*channels, ignore payloads with that prefix.
