Minor release, 0.25.4 to 0.26.0. download_file refuses a reference that climbs out of the uploads path. upload_file reads only from under the new COMMY_UPLOAD_DIR and refuses every path while it is unset. The post tool drops its mentions field, list_subscriptions is new, and post, recent_threads and inbound sender kinds report what the realm holds.

Minor release, 0.25.4 to 0.26.0. It bumps the eight lockstep version sites and adds RELEASE-NOTES/0.26.0.md, which CI uses to tag, publish and cut the GitHub Release on merge.
This is a minor rather than a patch because main now holds a new tool, a removed field on the post tool, and a new setting that changes a default.
The notes lead with the download_file fix. A reference that climbed out of the uploads path could read other API endpoints with the minter's credentials. They also call out the breaking change: upload_file refuses every path until an operator sets COMMY_UPLOAD_DIR.
