Renames the package to ClazAU.MiraAPI and points RepositoryUrl at ClazAU/MiraAPI so the package links to this repo. A push to main whose VersionPrefix (Directory.Build.props) has no v tag builds that version, pushes the nupkg to https://nuget.pkg.github.com/ClazAU/index.json and creates the v release with MiraAPI.dll. Pushes and PRs keep building 0.5.0-ci.N through Cake. Cake now strips a leading v from tag builds.
Merging this publishes 0.5.0 from main right away. Merge #1 (ghost roles) first if 0.5.0 should include it; versions on the feed can't be replaced, so later changes need a VersionPrefix bump.
Checked locally: dotnet build -c Release -p:Version=0.5.0 produces ClazAU.MiraAPI.0.5.0.nupkg with the ClazAU repository and the Reactor 2.5.0-ci.371 / BepInEx be.735 dependencies mods already pin.
