What
Adds a FAQ entry to CARTO for Education clarifying that the CARTO QGIS Plugin is not currently available for Student accounts, and points students to the web platform in the meantime.
Why
Support ticket from a student who couldn't authenticate the QGIS plugin: the plugin login only offers the standard (non-student) flow, and the "Are you a student?" link opens the web workspace instead of completing the plugin login. Reproduced internally — student accounts authenticate via GitHub at
app.carto.com/students, and the QGIS plugin login has no GitHub option. Confirmed known limitation, so documenting the expected behavior.Change
