CI was failing here with an ERESOLVE peer-dependency conflict at npm install, not a real build/lint/test issue:

@angular/compiler-cli@22.2.0 requires @angular/compiler@22.2.0 as an exact peer, but @angular/compiler stayed at 22.1.5 on this branch. The same lockstep problem also hit #440 (@angular/platform-server) and #436 (@angular/compiler) individually — none of those single-package bumps can pass on their own, since Angular's core packages all require each other at an exact matching version.

Fix pushed to this branch: bumped the rest of the core Angular package group (common, compiler, core, forms, platform-browser, platform-browser-dynamic, platform-server, router, cdk, material) to 22.2.0 alongside compiler-cli, so the whole group is in lockstep. @angular/cli, @angular/ssr, and @angular-devkit/build-angular stay at 22.1.7 since their peer ranges (^22.0.0) already tolerate 22.2.0.

Verified locally with Node 26 (matching CI): npm install (no ERESOLVE), ng build, ng lint, and npm test (159/159 tests, coverage above threshold) all pass. CI on this push is now green (build, lint/test, CodeQL, submit-nuget all successful).

Since this PR now covers the same packages as #440 and #436, I'm closing those two as superseded by this one and removing their branches.
