Adds Apparent's Capacitor SDK to Tools.
apparent-capacitor(npm, MIT) is an analytics SDK for Ionic and Capacitor apps that doesn't need Firebase. It has no native code of its own (it uses@capacitor/app,@capacitor/deviceand@capacitor/preferences), records a screen for every route with any router, plus events, purchases (RevenueCat link) and JavaScript errors. It never reads the advertising id and saves events on the device before sending. It reports to Apparent (https://apparent.fyi), a hosted analytics service for mobile apps (paid, 14-day free trial).
