Summary

Adds tests/agents/test_dynamic_prompting.py closing the coverage gap flagged by the code scan in src/agentlab/agents/dynamic_prompting.py. No production code changed.

Covered branches:

• ActionPrompt._parse_answer: happy path + merge_multiple, strict re-raise on ParseError, non-strict fallback to extract_code_blocks (joined blocks + parse_error key), non-strict re-raise when no blocks, "None" sentinel -> action is None (and to_python_code is not called, which is what makes the reproducibility replay path work), and to_python_code raising -> ParseError.
• Trunkater.shrink: the shrink_calls >= start_trunkate_iteration gate (no deletion on the first start_trunkate_iteration calls, deletion on the next), accumulation of deleted_lines across calls, and the hidden case (no deletion but shrink_calls still increments).
• fit_tokens: max_prompt_tokens=None returns the prompt untouched, already-fitting prompt returns without shrinking, and additional_prompts subtraction (count_tokens(p) + 1 per prompt) pushing an otherwise-fitting prompt over budget.

The parse tests use a StubActionSet recording to_python_code calls, so no browsergym action set is needed. The fit_tokens tests monkeypatch dp.count_tokens with a word counter, keeping them offline (the real tokenizer downloads cl100k_base) and making the budget arithmetic explicit.
