Summary

Jira: CD-87 (Epic A2: Dependency & API Modernization)

Removes dead/deprecated code paths now that ray is the supported parallel backend:

• launch_exp.run_experiments: delete the commented-out dask backend block and update the docstring (depend_on + ray)
• exp_utils: delete make_seeds, order, and hide_some_exp — all were raise-only DeprecationWarning stubs (hide_some_exp also referenced _move_old_exp without importing it, so it was already broken)
• chat_api: delete the deprecated ChatModelArgs back-compat shim (no remaining references)
• pyproject.toml: drop unused dask and distributed dependencies; uv.lock regenerated (removals only, no version upgrades — the large diff is the lockfile revision 1→3 format adding upload-time fields)
• Comment fix in main.py / tutorial: "necessary for dask backend" → multiprocessing backends

Verified: import agentlab + affected modules OK, black src/ --check passes, darglint clean on touched files.
