Update the contract address of 499 tcantonToken entries in botTokens to the values from the AMS token export. Addresses move from registrar::<party>:<Name> to the registrar::<party>:<id> form used by AMS. Entries are matched by static_id. tcanton:mmuat20, mmuat21 and mmuat24 have different static ids in the export, so they are matched by symbol and keep their existing ids. TICKET: CSHLD-000
