The weekly prune workflow failed with a 404 because its configured Claude Sonnet 4 Amazon Bedrock inference profile was unavailable. Select the account-scoped US Claude Sonnet 5.5 profile instead. Ticket: WAL-2216

Summary
The scheduled weekly dependency-pruning workflow runs Claude Code through Amazon Bedrock, Amazon Web Services' managed model service. GitHub Actions run 39209118930 failed before pruning because the configured Claude Sonnet 4 inference profile returned HTTP 404.
This change selects Claude Sonnet 5.5 through BitGo's account-scoped Amazon Bedrock inference profile:
arn:aws:bedrock:us-west-2:168000258654:inference-profile/us.anthropic.claude-sonnet-5-5. The account, source region, and US cross-region routing remain unchanged.Linear ticket: WAL-2216

The Amazon Bedrock request was not invoked locally because this workstation has no AWS credentials. A manual workflow dispatch is required to validate the repository's AWS role and model entitlement end to end.
